If your rig moved on its own, made a grinding or knocking noise, or anything is bent, loose or damaged: press the E-stop, switch it off at the mains, and don't sit in it until we've replied.
Report a hardware fault
Noises, an actuator or the controller misbehaving, damage, cables. You can add photos or a short video.
Report a software problem
The VN Motion Dashboard. Reporting from the app is highly encouraged: press Report a problem under the log and it sends your logs for you. If the app won't start, use this form and attach your log file.
What happens next: you get an email with your ticket number straight away, and we reply by email.
